5420 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before using the 5420 platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all provisions stated below.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These Terms are subject to periodic review.
1. Acceptance of Terms
5420 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "We", or "5420") provides online entertainment services to eligible users in Malaysia. By accessing, registering for, or using any feature on this platform, you ("User") expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all additional guidelines and policies that may be published from time to time.
If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are advised not to use the 5420 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Account Creation & User Eligibility
To register an account on the 5420 platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Aged 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
- Residing in or accessing the platform from Malaysia.
- Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration.
- Never previously banned or suspended from the 5420 platform.
- Register only one account per individual — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own. If you suspect any unauthorised access, contact 5420 customer support immediately.
3. Platform Usage Responsibilities & Rules
Users agree to use the 5420 platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with the rules set out herein. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate or exploit the bonus, promotion or game systems.
- Spreading false information, harmful content or engaging in any form of identity fraud.
- Sharing your account login credentials with any other party.
- Using funds obtained through unlawful means for deposits or withdrawals.
- Interfering with the security or operation of the 5420 platform's systems in any way.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 5420 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits belong to them and were obtained through legitimate means.
Deposit
Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX online banking, and other methods available on the platform. Minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on your chosen method. All deposits are processed subject to verification, and 5420 reserves the right to delay or reject any suspicious transactions.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals are subject to user identity verification. 5420 may request supporting documents before approving any withdrawal. Processing times may vary depending on the method and amount involved.
Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotions are subject to rollover requirements and withdrawal limits as specified separately in the individual terms of each offer. Failure to meet the rollover requirements within the stipulated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.
5. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
5420 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Misuse of platform bonuses or promotions.
- Failed identity verification or provision of false information during registration.
- Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering or abuse of the system.
- Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
- User's own request to close their account.
In cases of suspension due to confirmed fraud, funds in the account may be held pending investigation. 5420's decision in such matters is final. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our customer support team.
6. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms
Liability Limits
5420 is not liable for any financial losses, service disruptions, or damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to technical outages, unstable internet connections, or user errors when placing bets or making deposits. All betting activities carry financial risk, which is borne entirely by the user.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 5420 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and code — is the exclusive property of 5420 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use any platform content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The 5420 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party sites. Users access those links entirely at their own risk.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
5420 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website. These Terms are governed by applicable law, and users agree that any disputes will be resolved through the channels designated by the platform.
